Discover the island’s less visited treasures; such as the pastel washed houses of cliff-top Bathsheba and the scattered idyllic churches and beautiful gardens of surrounding parishes. Blissful beaches, fine hotels, championship golf courses and speciality restaurants such as The Cliff and The Fish Pot which serve Barbados’ signature dishes. Enjoy exhilarating watersports, swim with sea turtles and visit former plantations before sampling some of the world’s finest rum, dancing to a calypso band and experiencing a casual night at Oistins fish fry . . . a chance to party ‘Bajan-style’ a fun night not to be missed.

SANDY LANE - www.sandylane.com
We were fortunate enough to stay at the chic Palladian-style hotel which has sweeping staircases, gleaming marble floors, excellent service and plush suites. We experienced the best in friendly Bajan hospitality and were treated like VIPs. We laid back under the pink parasols on the pristine white beaches and occasionally strolled to the poolside bar for a signature cocktail!
The food and service was of the highest standard and we enjoyed fine dining and informal meals at the four restaurants, each with their own style and vibe as well as fantastic menus and settings. We enjoyed Afternoon tea which was served on the Lower Terrace and we invited friends over to join us at Bajan Blue restaurant which is renowned for its sensational Sunday brunch! We experienced an array of mouth-watering dishes from fresh seafood, healthy salads to delicious miniature desserts. In the evenings we had a wide choice of bars ranging from casual beach bars to chic lounges and lively entertainment. The Bajans really know how to enjoy themselves, let their hair down and shake their booties!
Our room was beautiful and elegant with its colonial style decor, it had a large terrace and balcony with amazing views of the turquoise blue ocean.
