RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return them within 14 days return timeframe;

- items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their original tags attached;

There are no returns on sale or promotional discounts. All Sales are final.

FAULTY ITEMS

We work hard to make sure all our dispatched garments adhere to our high standards of quality and assurance, but however if you are not satisfied with your garment please contact us directly and follow the returns process. Once the item has been received by our team we will do our best to replace the item (if in stock)  or give the option for a full refund. Please note that (normal) wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Please note some of Luna Luxe Resortwear garments are hand embellished and hand embroidered, any slight variations in the garment will not be classed as a fault as this is the nature of hand finishing. Please adhere to the strict wash care instructions when dealing with delicate garments.

REFUNDS

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 2-7 business days (depending on peak times). Once our team have approved your refund our team will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to control this process. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Luna Luxe Resortwear. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
